- Take boiled noodles and coat it well, with corn flour by adding salt to it and fry in hot oil till crisp and light golden in color.
- Now heat the 1 tbsp oil in pan and saute each vegetables one by one for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
- Now add water and do the seasoning in it, allow to boil for 15 minutes.
- Now add corn flour slurry in it and boil for 10 minutes again.
- Serve it hot by adding dried noodles
