- In a food processor or chopper, mince cabbage, carrot, capsicum and spring onions well.
- Remove it to a bowl and add salt, pepper, maida and cornflour. Mix it well.
- Make small balls from this mixture and fry them till they're golden brown. Once done, remove them in a paper towel lined plate.
- Now take a wok, and heat oil in it.
- Add garlic, chilli and spring onion. Stir fry it on high flame.
- Now add ½ sliced onion, ½ sliced capsicum, 1 sliced carrot and fry it till it cooks well.
- Further add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper powder.
- Add manchurian balls, boiled noodles and vinegar. Stir fry it for a few more minutes. It's done!
