Ingredients

  • Cabbage
  • Onions, sliced
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • Slitted chilli
  • Carrots
  • Capsicum
  • Spring onions
  • Salt
  • Black pepper powder
  • Maida
  • Cornflour
  • Oil
  • Chilli sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Tomato sauce
  • Vinegar

Instructions

  • In a food processor or chopper, mince cabbage, carrot, capsicum and spring onions well.
  • Remove it to a bowl and add salt, pepper, maida and cornflour. Mix it well.
  • Make small balls from this mixture and fry them till they're golden brown. Once done, remove them in a paper towel lined plate.
  • Now take a wok, and heat oil in it.
  • Add garlic, chilli and spring onion. Stir fry it on high flame.
  • Now add ½ sliced onion, ½ sliced capsicum, 1 sliced carrot and fry it till it cooks well.
  • Further add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp pepper powder.
  • Add manchurian balls, boiled noodles and vinegar. Stir fry it for a few more minutes. It's done!
