Mango Basil Shots

Ingredients

  • 1 litre Mango juice
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Low fat cream
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 7 - 10 Fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender till smooth.
  • Strain through a sieve and refrigerate for around an hour.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve chilled.

Notes/Tips

Add olive oil just before the last blend.
