Ingredients

  • Mango 3
  • Grated carrot 1 cup
  • Khova 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1cup
  • Kesar strands 5 to 6
  • Venila ice cream 1 cup
  • Chopped dry fruits badam,pista
  • Milk 1 glass
  • Ghee 1 to 2 tea spoon
  • Chopped mango 1 for garnish

Instructions

  • Method: Mango mastani sauce- In a blender add ice cream,chopped mango and milk. Blend it well. Keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Carrot khova laddu method- In a kadai add ghee and grated carrot. Saute it well for few minutes.Now add 2 table spoon sugar and again Cook it well and keep it aside.
  • khovaLaddu:In a pan pour some ghee and add khova and 2 table spoon sugar with 2tsp of milk to adjust the texture.Cook it well and set is aside to cool.Take some Khova and make a laddu.

Notes/Tips

When u making mango sauce add little milk.
