- Take a pan and then add jaggery powder ,pepper powder, black salt , normal salt,cumin powder and chat masala powder ,mix it well.
- Boil for 15 mins and keep it aside to cool .
- Add finely chopped mango pieces to the liquid and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Garnish with roasted and chopped cashew nuts.
- Your Mango Chatpata is ready to enjoy with different flavours.
