- Take the cream and chill it for 15 mins in freezer
- Keep all the utensils like bowl and whisker attachment in refrigerator also
- Take the cream out and Whip till it form peaks
- Add castor sugar and mix. Gently fold in the mango puree and cranberries
- Give it a mix and chill for half an hour.
- Take the serving glasses and arrange mango cubes and fill up with piping bag
- Top up with some cranberries and pistachios
- Chill and serve the summer delight with king of fruits
