Mango Cranberry Mousse

Ingredients

  • Fresh cream
  • Mango puree
  • Castor sugar
  • Chopped Cranberry
  • Yellow food colouring
  • Pistachio slivered
  • Mango essence

Instructions

  • Take the cream and chill it for 15 mins in freezer
  • Keep all the utensils like bowl and whisker attachment in refrigerator also
  • Take the cream out and Whip till it form peaks
  • Add castor sugar and mix. Gently fold in the mango puree and cranberries
  • Give it a mix and chill for half an hour.
  • Take the serving glasses and arrange mango cubes and fill up with piping bag
  • Top up with some cranberries and pistachios
  • Chill and serve the summer delight with king of fruits

Make sure to chill the cream perfectly for better textures
