- Soak basil seeds in one cup water for 15-20 minutes and let them bloom. Cook vermicelli as per instructions and keep ready.
- To assemble and serve keep empty serving glass in the refrigerator for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Add some mango dices in chilled glass followed by adding 1 tbsp bloomed basil seeds and 1 tbsp vermicelli.
- Further add some mango puree and milk. Repeat steps 4 and 5 to fill the glass.
- Finally add a scoop of ice cream. Garnish with mango dices, tooti frooti and pistachio silvers. Served chilled.
