Ingredients

  • 3 cups smooth mango pulp
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • few nuts of your choice to garnish

Instructions

  • Mix condensed milk and fresh cream with mango pulp, blend well, now whisk whipped cream until soft peaks..
  • Add this to mango pulp mixture, combine well, transfer this to some glass container..cover it with cling film.
  • Press on lightly on ice cream and cover the lid, place it the freezer for at least 8-9 hrs.after 9hrs.take out,
  • Scoop out in the serving bowl, garnish with some nuts and enjoy

Notes/Tips

Add some pistachio at the top
