  • Mango Pulp
  • Fresh Cream
  • Condensed Milk
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Mango Dices

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl pour Fresh cream & whisk it with hand blender on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  • Add Condensed Milk and again whisk it for 5 minutes.
  • Then add Mango Pulp & Powdered Sugar,whisk it for 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture in air tight container,close the lid.
  • Keep in freezer for 7-8 hours.
  • Serve the Ice-Cream with topping some mango dices. Mango Ice-cream is ready
