- Boil and puree the green mango.Keep aside.
- Chop ripe mangoes in chunks and puree them.
- In a thick bottomed pan add both mango purees,sugar,water and bring to boil till scum comes to the top surface.
- Once the scum disappears,add lemon juice and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the flame and let the juice cool.Store in sterilized glass bottles and enjoy chilled to quench your thirst.
