- In a blender add mint leaves, green chilies, and mango slices from one mango, blend smooth. If consistency is not smooth then add water.
- Add to a bowl. Whisk the yogurt well.
- Add the Mango Mint mix into the yogurt and mix very well. Add salt and mix again.
- Garnish with chopped small pieces of mango, red chili powder. Enjoy chilled. I enjoyed it with Echor Biryani.
