- In a pan, take milk, boil till milk reduce to half add sugar, boil till sugar dissolve, transfer in a bowl, and cool down completely. Rabdi is ready.
- Wash and peel the mango, make a puree, add with rabdi, mix completely
- Now serve in bowl, garnish with chopped mango and pista. Put in the fridge for 2 to 3 hour.
