Ingredients

  • ½ tin Nestlé MILKMAID
  • 1 cup Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk
  • 3 (crumbled) Bread
  • ½ cup Mango puree
  • 2 tbsp Nestlé EveryDay Shahi Ghee
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 1 large (peeled and cut into thin slices) Ripe man
  • 3 tbsp Pistachio slivers

Instructions

  • For rabdi, heat milk and add MILKMAID. Simmer for 2-3 min. Add crumbled bread pieces. Mix well and allow it to cool. Add in the mango puree and mix well
  • Cut the bread slices into rounds with the help of a cutter. Toast on a heated pan (on a low flame) with the help of a little ghee till crisp
  • To assemble the mango shahi tukda, take the rabri and spread on the toasted bread rounds. Place some mango slices on top and garnish with pistachio slivers.

Serve it cool that make it more flavour full
