Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 litre milk of yogurt
  • 500 g mango of pulp
  • 2 tbsp cherry (optional)
  • 10 cashew roughly chopped
  • as per taste Sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Firstly, straner put on bowl. cotten cloth place on it pour with spoon all dahi on it now keep into freeze. After few time starring so that drain off extra water.
  • After 5 hour hung curd is ready. Now,we make shrikhand in a bowl add hung curd,pulp sugar powder,Elaichi powder,caschew, cherry mix it nicely.
  • Now,take shrikhand in a serving bowl designed mango slise & cherry Put on top for garnishing. Now keep into freeze. After dinner serve it chilled
