- Firstly, straner put on bowl. cotten cloth place on it pour with spoon all dahi on it now keep into freeze. After few time starring so that drain off extra water.
- After 5 hour hung curd is ready. Now,we make shrikhand in a bowl add hung curd,pulp sugar powder,Elaichi powder,caschew, cherry mix it nicely.
- Now,take shrikhand in a serving bowl designed mango slise & cherry Put on top for garnishing. Now keep into freeze. After dinner serve it chilled
