Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Soaked basil seeds
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup curd

Instructions

  • In a jar add curd, add ice cubes,add mango chunks,add honey
  • Now grind it for 5 min. Only.mango smoothie is ready Now take a glass add mango chunks
  • Add soaked basil seeds now pour into the mango smoothie
  • Mix it well. Now weight loss mango smoothie is ready.
