Ingredients

  • Mango pulp-1 cup
  • Whipping cream-1 cup
  • Veg gelatin or agar agar-1 tbsp
  • Left over chocolate cake-3 slices
  • Icing sugar-1/4 cup
  • Mango essence-few drops

Instructions

  • Beat whipping cream to soft peaks. Add 2 tbsp of mango pulp ,essence and icing sugar beat till its beaten well. Put them in piping bag and set aside.
  • In a bowl add gelatin or agar agar and add 2 tbsp water when it blooms add 2 more tbsp of water and heat them till it dissolves. Cool them slightly and add with mango pulp and mix well. Cut cakes into small pieces or a whole round piece and set aside.
  • In a glass container first pipe some whipping cream mixture and place cake over it. Now spread whipping cream and then mango mixture on them. Repeat the process until it covers the whole jar. Finally cover with whipping cream mixture and set them in fridge for about 2 hours
