- Take 2 cup chopped ripe mango pieces, ½ cup raw mango pieces and ½ cup sugar in a pan. To that add 2 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes. Drain and reserve the stock. Blend the cooked mangoes into a smooth puree. Then mix the mango puree and stock very well. Add 3-4 cup water as per required consistency. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving. Serve chilled mango frooti.
