- Boil milk till it reduces to half
- Add ICECREAM powder , mango juice to milk and boil it for 5 mins
- After the mixture cools add mango essence and blend it till it becomes smoothy.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour. After 1 hour again blend the ICECREAM batter for more smoothy batter. Then refrigerate the batter for more 50 mins . Mango heart ICECREAM is ready.
