Ingredients

  • Full fat milk 1/2 litre
  • Mango essence
  • Mango juice
  • Mango ice cream powder
  • Choco chips

Instructions

  • Boil milk till it reduces to half
  • Add ICECREAM powder , mango juice to milk and boil it for 5 mins
  • After the mixture cools add mango essence and blend it till it becomes smoothy.
  • Refrigerate it for 1 hour. After 1 hour again blend the ICECREAM batter for more smoothy batter. Then refrigerate the batter for more 50 mins . Mango heart ICECREAM is ready.

Notes/Tips

Avoid sugar as the mango juice gives perfect sweetness and taste to ICECREAM. Milkmaid can also be avoided by full fat milk.
