- Make the mango pulp by blending the peeled mangos in a blender. (Remember to take out the seed of the mango)
- Blend it on speed 2 until a thick pulp is formed
- Take the pulp In a bowl.
- Add 3/4 cup milk
- Add 1/3 cup butter
- Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon honey.
- Whisk the ingredients with a hand whisker for about 3 min. Until all the ingredients are mixed dont stop whisking.
- Put it in a mould and chill it for 1hr.
- Take out the ice cream mixture and blend it in a blender to make a thick liquid. This will make the ice cream texture more creamier.
- Now chill it for 6hours.
- VOILA! You have your ice cream ready.
