  • Mangoes
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Honey
  • Melted butter

Instructions

  • Make the mango pulp by blending the peeled mangos in a blender. (Remember to take out the seed of the mango)
  • Blend it on speed 2 until a thick pulp is formed
  • Take the pulp In a bowl.
  • Add 3/4 cup milk
  • Add 1/3 cup butter
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon honey.
  • Whisk the ingredients with a hand whisker for about 3 min. Until all the ingredients are mixed dont stop whisking.
  • Put it in a mould and chill it for 1hr.
  • Take out the ice cream mixture and blend it in a blender to make a thick liquid. This will make the ice cream texture more creamier.
  • Now chill it for 6hours.
  • VOILA! You have your ice cream ready.
