Ingredients

  • 3 sweet Mango (chilled)
  • 3 cup chilled Water
  • Rock salt, chat masala
  • Lemon juice
  • Sugar (brown / white)

Instructions

  • Assemble all ingredients
  • In blender jar, add chopped mango, 1 cup water + salt + sugar and blend till smooth, then add remaining water + chat masala + lemon juice and blend well.
  • Mango juice is done.

Notes/Tips

Serve chilled and you can add finely chopped mango pieces
