  • 2 Totafari Mangoes (Half Ripe)
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1/4 cup mawa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp saffron
  • 1 tsp mixed dry fruits chopped

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and take it. Heat ghee in a pan. And add mango.
  • When mangoes become little, now add mawa and add sugar.
  • Now add cardamom powder, saffron and dry fruits.
  • Mango kalkand are ready.
