Mango is a fruit available in the summer season. Mangoes are available more in the summer season, mango is the king of fruits. With this we can make many types of dishes. Like mango shake, mango cake, icecream, pudding, and chaat etc. Today I have made mango milk shake from mango. Mango shake is everyone's favourite at my home.

Ingredients

  • 500g mango
  • 1kg milk (Heated and cooled)
  • 1/2tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1Cup Sugar
  • 2tsp finely chopped dry fruits (Cashew, almonds)
  • 1/4Cup malai(Cream)

Instructions

  • First of all, we will heat the milk and let it cool.
  • Now after that we will collect all the ingredients.
  • Now we will first cut the mango in the mixer grinder, then add Cardamom powder, sugar and ice cubes and grind it well.
  • Then add milk and grind it
  • Take our Mango milk shake is ready. Put it in the Refrigerator for 10 minutes to cool.
  • After cooling, take out the Mango milk shake in a glass and pour homemade malai (Cream) On top, then serve after adding chopped dry fruits.đź‘Ťđź‘Ť
