Mango is a fruit available in the summer season. mango is everyone's favourite at my house. My kids love pudding, and so do I have made mango pudding for me and the kids. Which are absolutely cool and delicious to eat.

Ingredients

  • 2piece Kesar mango
  • 1Cup sugar
  • 2/3Cup milk
  • 1/4Cup cornflour solution
  • 1/2tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2tbsp tutti-frutti

Instructions

  • First we will collect all the ingredients.
  • Now we will take 1/4Cup milk and by adding 2tsp Cornflour, mix it and prepare the solution.
  • Now we will chop the mango in the mixer grinder and then grind it by adding Sugar and Cardamom powder.
  • Now add milk and grind it and prepare mango paste.
  • Our mango paste is ready.
  • Now we will put the prepared mango paste in the pan and cook it for 5 minutes on law gas.
  • After that we will mix and cook on law gas by adding the solution of cornflour. When the mango pudding starts to thicken slightly, then turn off the gas. Our pudding is ready, let it cool down a bit.
  • Now we will put the prepared mango pudding in a bowl or muffins mold, and put tutti-frutti on top and keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes. to cooldown.
  • After cooling, take out mango pudding in a plate and serve it by pouring tutti-frutti on top. and feed the children too.

Mango pudding taste absolutely delicious when eaten cold. and they are ready in very less time.??
