Ingredients

  • 1/2 ltr milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 sweet mango
  • 1 tsp chopped pista
  • 1 tbsp chopped mango

Instructions

  • In a pan, take milk, boil till milk reduce to half add sugar, boil till sugar dissolves, transfer in a bowl, and cool down completely. Rabdi is ready.
  • Wash and peel the mango, make a puree, add with rabdi, mix completely
  • Now serve in bowl, garnish with chopped mango and pista. Put in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Enjoy this cool Mango Rabdi with family and friends.
