  • Maravalli kizhangu
  • Idli rice
  • Urad dal
  • Rice flour
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Wash & Soak urad dal & idli rice for 4 hours. Grind urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu separately. In a bowl pour urad dal, idli rice & maravalli kizhangu batter. Then add salt mix well & leave it for fermentation. Then add rice flour mix well & make dosa as usual. Serve with coconut chutney.
