- In one pan add ghee and roast the gratted carrots for 2-3 minutes, then add milk to it, and boil till milk is evaporated, then add sugar and desiccated coconut to it. When the mixture is thick, off the flame add mix nuts and green cardamom powder to it.
- Repeat the same process with beetroot.
- Now randomly mix the both and give a shape of laddu. Garnish with pistachios and silver leaf.
