Masala Besan Roti

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Besan
  • 1/4 cup Suji
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 2 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 cup water (approx)
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix Besan + Suji + salt + curd + sugar + coriander + carom seeds + green chilli + water. Mix nicely and make a slight thick but flowing batter.
  • Take a non stick pan, add 1 ladle of batter and spread nicely, drizzle oil all around and cook under low flame for 4-5 minutes, flip it and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
  • Besan roti is ready.
  • Serve with tomato chilli or tea
