- Mix Besan + Suji + salt + curd + sugar + coriander + carom seeds + green chilli + water. Mix nicely and make a slight thick but flowing batter.
- Take a non stick pan, add 1 ladle of batter and spread nicely, drizzle oil all around and cook under low flame for 4-5 minutes, flip it and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
- Besan roti is ready.
- Serve with tomato chilli or tea
