- In a deep vessel add milk, water, butter and salt. Bring it to a boil and add corn on the cob. Lower heat, cover and cook till corn is tender(half hour approx).The milk and butter give an incredible flavour and softness to the corn.
- Separately in a bowl mix together fresh cream, chilli powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander and lemon juice.
- Remove the corn from the milk and let it cool a bit. Now hold it with tongs and hover over a live flame to get an even roasted browning. Place it on to a platter once done and baste with the marination. Serve immediately.
