- Wash n soaked Chana for 8 hours.
- Boiled chana in cooker with little salt.
- Heat oil in a Pan n add caram seeds n garlic paste in it.
- Now add boiled chana n all above ingredients n salt.
- Mixed well. Take a small bowl n add Basan n water in it n make slurry.
- Add this slurry in chana n mixed well.
- Masala Chana is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.
