  • Chana
  • Garlic paste
  • Red Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil
  • Basan
  • Water
  • Caram seeds

Instructions

  • Wash n soaked Chana for 8 hours.
  • Boiled chana in cooker with little salt.
  • Heat oil in a Pan n add caram seeds n garlic paste in it.
  • Now add boiled chana n all above ingredients n salt.
  • Mixed well. Take a small bowl n add Basan n water in it n make slurry.
  • Add this slurry in chana n mixed well.
  • Masala Chana is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Notes/Tips

Serve with rice,roti etc.
