Ingredients

  • 3Cups Curd (Homemade Frozen)
  • 1tsp cumin powder
  • 1tsp mint powder
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes
  • 3 glasses water.

Instructions

  • ✍️__First of all we will collect the all ingredients.
  • ✍️__First of all we will put curd in bhagoni, and add 3 glasses of water and ice cubes and mash it well with a grinder.
  • ✍️__After that add all the spices and salt and mash it well.
  • ✍️__Take our Masala Chhash is ready.
  • ✍️__Take it out in a glass and serve it by adding some cumin powder and mint powder on top

Notes/Tips

Chhash can be taken with food or only Chhash can be drunk. It is absolutely cooling and beneficial for the stomach and also protects us from sunny Summers.??
