- Take a bowl and add rice flour,corn flour,red chilli powder, corinader powder,cumin, powder,salt,garam masala,chaat masala and mix well. Then add chopped cauliflower florets and mix. Add water to it and make a thick batter. Heat oil in a kadai,drop the coated Gobi in that and deep fry till brown in colour. Serve hot with ketchup.
