Ingredients

  • For masala: Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Dry mint leaves 8-10
  • Sugar powder 1 tsp
  • Other: Oil 2 tbsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Peanuts 2 tbsp
  • Dariya dal 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Roasted puffed rice 1 cup
  • Crushed khakhara 1 cup
  • Fried makai na poha 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • For masala Take all ingredients of masala in mixing jar and grind it.
  • For chevdo Heat the oil in pan and add all ingredients one bye one and saute for 2 -3 mins then add roasted puffed rice , khakhara, fried makai poha
  • Now mix it well and cook at low flame for 10-15 mins.
  • Store in airtight container.

Notes/Tips

Any flavor khakhara can be used.
