- Soak all the Pulses overnight or 6-8 hours.
- Now remove the Pulses from the water and dRyan them over a clean cloth as excess water is removed.
- Now carefully dip fry all the Pulses at medium low flame till it's crispy and crunchy.
- For masala, take one bowl add all the masala ingredients in it and mix it well. Now sprinkle the masala on pulses and add masala sing too.
- Now the masala mix Pulses is ready to serve and it can be stored upto 3 months in airtight container.
