  • Oil
  • Mung
  • Moath
  • Wal
  • Chori
  • Chana dal
  • Mung dal
  • Masala sing
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Hing
  • Turmeric powder
  • Black salt
  • Amchur
  • Chaat masala

Instructions

  • Soak all the Pulses overnight or 6-8 hours.
  • Now remove the Pulses from the water and dRyan them over a clean cloth as excess water is removed.
  • Now carefully dip fry all the Pulses at medium low flame till it's crispy and crunchy.
  • For masala, take one bowl add all the masala ingredients in it and mix it well. Now sprinkle the masala on pulses and add masala sing too.
  • Now the masala mix Pulses is ready to serve and it can be stored upto 3 months in airtight container.

Notes/Tips

U can change the ratio of pulses and any other Pulses of your choice can be added too.
