- Wash and soak rice for 2-3 hiurs. Grind the rice by adding paste and salt .
- Take the rice batter and add 1 cup of water. Mix well. Consistency of batter should be like thick butter milk.
- Heat the tawa and pour the batter,thin. Don't spread the batter with paddle.
- Roast Well by applying oil (optional). Serve with chutney of your choice or any pudding.
