Ingredients

  • Dosa rice
  • Fresh coconut
  • Ginger, cumin,red chillies paste
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and soak rice for 2-3 hiurs. Grind the rice by adding paste and salt .
  • Take the rice batter and add 1 cup of water. Mix well. Consistency of batter should be like thick butter milk.
  • Heat the tawa and pour the batter,thin. Don't spread the batter with paddle.
  • Roast Well by applying oil (optional). Serve with chutney of your choice or any pudding.

Notes/Tips

Consistency of batter should medium nor thin or thick.
