- Chop veggies and keep aside.
- In moderately heated pan add all whole spices and allow to sizzle, then add onion and sauté till translucent, then add ginger + all veggies and stir fry 4-5 minutes.
- Now add turmeric + Biryani masala and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add rice, mix gently, add salt + sugar and fry for 5-6 minutes under medium flame.
- Add ghee, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes under low flame. Veg fried rice is done.
- Fried Rice is ready to serve.
