  • Potato
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Corinader
  • Cumin

Instructions

  • Wash and clean the potatoes and dice them into 1/2 inch cubes. Soak in water. In a pan, heat the oil and add the cumin, potatoes, salt, and chilli powder, corinader. Also add sugar and mix well. Add water and allow to cook for about 15 minutes till dry. Serve with chappatis or pori.
