  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric powder
  • Green chillies
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Mustard
  • Ghee
  • Salt
  • Bread
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan. Add the mustard seeds in. When they begin to crackle, add the onions and saute till they are golden brown. Now add in the tomatoes and cook well on high flame for a minute or till done. Then add the chillies, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Quickly mix them together. Add in the bread pieces and stir well till nicely coated with the masala. Let cook on high for a minute or two. Turn the flame off, and add garnish with coriander. Put a lid on and let stand for about a minute to keep the bread remain moist and absorb all the flavours. Serve hot!
