  • Mint
  • Corinader
  • Green chillies
  • Ginger
  • Curd
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • Water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon

Instructions

  • In a blender take mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger. also add 1 cup thick curd. Add hing, cumin powder and salt. also add lemon juice. furthermore, add 1 cup of water. and blend frothy. transfer the buttermilk to the large jug. add in ice cubes. mix well with a large spoon. finally, pour masala buttermilk and serve chilled.
