Ingredients

  • Hung curd 1/4 cup
  • Salt for taste
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Mix vegetables of choice a medium bowl
  • Pav bhaji masala Or garam masala 1 tsp (optional)
  • Mint coriander chutney 2-3 tsp
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Sandwich bread
  • Cheese 2 cubs

Instructions

  • In mixing bowl add hung curd salt chill powder pav bhaji masala mix well. Add choice if vegetables like tomato cucumber capsicum onion grated carrot and sweet corn and mix well. .
  • Take a slice of sandwich bread spread butter evenly Add layer of mint coriander chutney. Then spread a layer mixture of vegetables finally topping with grated cheese and finish with one more slice of bread spread with butter n mint coriander chutney.
  • Preheat sandwich maker and layer the sandwich to grill for 5-7 min. Serve hot with chilli tomato sauce

Notes/Tips

Use only sandwich breads and do not over grill. *Mint coriander chutney is mixture of coriander mint and green chillis with salt grinded into smooth paste in consistency to spread over bread.
