- In mixing bowl add hung curd salt chill powder pav bhaji masala mix well. Add choice if vegetables like tomato cucumber capsicum onion grated carrot and sweet corn and mix well. .
- Take a slice of sandwich bread spread butter evenly Add layer of mint coriander chutney. Then spread a layer mixture of vegetables finally topping with grated cheese and finish with one more slice of bread spread with butter n mint coriander chutney.
- Preheat sandwich maker and layer the sandwich to grill for 5-7 min. Serve hot with chilli tomato sauce
