Ingredients

  • 1 bowl Boiled chickpeas
  • 1 packet Boiled tricolour pasta
  • as per taste Salt as per taste
  • pinch Black pepper powder
  • Pinch ajwain ,1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder, Pinch hing
  • 1/2 packet Pasta masala ,1 Chopped onion
  • 2 Chopped tomato small sized
  • 2 teaspoons Oil for tadka 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp Grated ginger and garlic

Instructions

  • Boil pasta as per instructions.
  • Now heat oil in a pan or wok.
  • Add cumin seeds and ajwain and saute them.
  • Now add grated ginger and garlic and saute them.
  • Now add chopped onion and saute it.
  • Add chopped tomato and saute it.
  • Now add dry masalas-salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder and mix well.
  • Now add pasta masala and mix well.
  • Now add boiled chole with it's water.
  • Now add pasta and drops of oil and give boil on sim by covering with lid.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
