- Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring continuously, till the milk reduces and thickens slightly. Grind together cashewnuts, almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, peppercorns, dried rose petals to a coarse powder. Add the ground powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and saffron to the pan, mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.Add sugar, mix and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Serve hot garnished with sliced almonds, pistachios and saffron.
