  • Chickpeas
  • Sesame seeds
  • Garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Masala-e-magic

Instructions

  • Shak chickpeas for 6-8 hours or over night. Boil chickpeas adding salt for 5-6 ajustes on medium flame. Chickpeas should be mushy. Retain the discarded chickpeas water. In a blender jar pulse sesame seeds till powered. Add 1tbspn olive oil. Blend.
  • Add garlic cloves, boiled and drained chickpeas little salt, lemon juice, maggi masala-e magic pwd , retained water and Remaining oil to make a smooth paste. Hummus is ready serve along your fav chips..

Notes/Tips

Top Hummus with olive oil and sprinkle a little of masala- e-magic masala at the time of serving. Store in airtight container in fridge. Stays good for 2 days..
