Masala e Magic Maggi Pizza

  • Maggi noddles
  • Maggi Masala e Magic
  • Water
  • Corn flour
  • Butter
  • Capsicum
  • Few slices of onion
  • Slice of tomato
  • Pizza sauce
  • Mozerella cheese
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes
  • Egg (optional, can use corn flour water)

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a large wok pour 1½ cup water and add 2 pack maggi tastemaker, mix well and get the water to a boil. Now break 2 pack maggi noodles , add Maggi Masala e Magic and mix well. Boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles softens.
  • Now add 1 tbsp cornflour and mix well, corn flour helps to give a crunchy base. Continue to cook for a minute or until there is no more water. In a pan spread 1 tbsp butter and then transfer the maggi, spread the maggi uniformly forming the pizza base.
  • Now spread two well beaten egg on all over the maggi, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. make sure to keep the flame on low else the base will burn. Now spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce and top 4 tbsp mozzarella cheese.
  • Top with few capsicum, tomato, onion. Sprinkles oregano, Chilli flakes. If you want to make it more cheese add some cheese, simmer for 5 minutes or until cheese get melts completely. Finally slice the Maggi Pizza enjoy it when it is hot.
