- Cut paneer into cubes, marinate with salt and turmeric. Fry the cubes until slightly turn golden. Heat oil or ghee in a cooker and add all the whole spices.
- When they begin to sizzle add sliced onion and fry until golden. Add all the chopped veggies and satue for 2 minutes. Add coriander and mint leaves, fry until u begin to smell them good.
- Add garam masala and Maggi Masala e Magic, mix and add paneer cubes. Pour water and salt, stir and taste it. Bring it to a boil. Add soaked and drained rice pressure cook for 1 whistle on a medium flame.
- When the pressure releases naturally open the lid, spread 1 tsp ghee over the Pulao, cover for a minute. Your delicious Masala e Magic Paneer Pulao is ready. Serve hot with raita or salad.
