- Take a frying pan and heat 2-3 tablespoons of ghee in it. Add the curry leaves in it and fry until it become crisp. Remove the leaves from the pan and and keep them aside. Now fry the cashews in the same pan and roast on low heat until they are brown. Finally, add the spices like chaat masala, chilli powder , salt and the curry leaves to the cashew and mix it well. Serve.
