- Spread the cooked hot rice in a wide vessel. Add a teaspoon of sesame oil and gently mix and keep this rice aside In a pan, heat a teaspoon of oil. Throw in all grinding ingredients and fry it and then cool the fried ingredients. Grind the fried ingredients to powder. Keep this masala aside In a pan, heat sesame oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and allow it to sputter. Add split urad dal, channa dal, peanuts and fry till golden brown. Add in green chili, ginger and curry leaves and fry it. Add the seasoning and ground masala powder to the spread rice. Also add salt, and lemon juice and mix the rice gently. Take the mixed Masala Rice in a serving Bowl. Serve.
