- Heat oil in a kadai.Add oil and onions
- Saute well than add tomatoes. Saute till they turn soft and mashy. Add all veggies.
- Now add all spices. Saute for a minute on low flame till spices turn aromatic. Than add oats.
- Saute for a minute and add water.
- Simmer for 5 minutes or till the oats cook well.
- Transfer to a bowl. Serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves and peanuts.
