  • Wheat flour
  • Red chilli powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Butter
  • Paratha Dough
  • Salt
  • Sesame
  • Garlic
  • Urad dal

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add wheat flour, red chilly powder, salt, sesame seeds, garlic, urad dal (soaked in the water overnight), amchur powder and mix it well to keep it aside. Take paratha dough and use rolling pin to roll on into a thin sheet, apply butter on top and sprinkle dry flour and spread it to make layers. Roll the sheet fold it criss cross.make the layers facing outwards like circle. Then roll them like a round sheet, spread urad dal, garlic masala on top and once again roll it.
