  • Penne pasta
  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Oil
  • Cumin
  • Garam Masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Mustard
  • Green peas

Instructions

  • Boil water in deep vessel and add penne pasta to the boiling water. Add a little amount of oil in the penne pasta to prevent it from sticking. Check pasta is cooked by taking a bite. In another vessel boil tomatoes, prepare a puree out of it. In a wok heat oil. To the oil add sliced garlic,cumin, mustard,green peas,red chilli powder,garam masala. add the tomato puree prepared earlier.Cook it for a minute and add the boiled pasta.Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste. Give a quick mix and your pasta is ready.
