- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Saute until fragrant. Add in the finely chopped onions and saute until translucent. Add the finely chopped tomatoes. Add salt to taste and the pav bhaji masala. Red chilli powder. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes are soft. Add chopped capsicum and boiled potatoes. Mash the capsicum and potatoes until roughly combined with the tomato masala. Add water and allow to cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes. Take a pan add butter and roast the bread on both the sides. Then place the prepared mixture.Sprinke salt if required.and place another bread slice on top. Serve hot.
